-Eat a balanced diet with fruit, proteins, nutrients and carbohydrates, because if not the body starts to get fat and it loses strength.
-Go to a gym, because you can do a lot of weights and lose weight and have muscles, (don`t do it too much because if you do too much you can have problems with your body like heart attacks).
-Run at least 4 km for day because that way you cannot get fat.
-Drink diet soda or water because if not you are going to get fat.
-Put your shoulders back like this you will have more back and you will look fitter.
-Sleep well because if not you are going to be very tired and you cannot put your shoulders back.
