Go to the Greenpeace site (click on the link http://www.greenpeace.org/ and it will open in a new window) and answer the following questions:

  1. Which issues are mentioned on the opening page?
  2. How much does it cost to join?
  3. Why are Greenpeace interested in the Olympics?
  4. What have Greenpeace activists occupied and why?
  5. What do you have to do to enter their ‘rogue site competition’?
  6. What is Greepeace’s opinion on genetically altered food?
  7. What is the name of their MTV ‘spot’ (TV advert) on this subject?
  8. How many ships does Greenpeace have?
  9. What is ‘SANE BP’?
  10. What issues is Greenpeace concerned about in Argentina? (go to the pull down menu in the top right-hand corner – translate the headlines)

 

Now got to the BP site (click on the link www.bp.com and it will open in a new window) and answer the following:

  1. What has BP’s performance been like recently?
  2. What can you do with ‘BP plus’?
  3. What can you do at the investor centre?
  4. What is ‘castrol’? (look in products and services)
  5. Do BP say anything about the Northstar facility? (use the search facility)
